Under "Time Limits", there are options to set a limited number of minutes for each day of the week for "Internet" and "Computer". How is the Internet limit computed? Does it count the time any web browser process is running, or just count the actual number of milliseconds trasferring data to load a webpage (but not count the time scrolling or reading the webpage), or does it only count streaming time such as YouTube sessions?
